However, with a wind turbine online on your boat you’ll have a semi-constant stream of electricity due to the turbine’s independence from a variety of factors such as wind, time of day, and water type. With this type of energy source your boat’s battery can constantly charge due to the simple factor that wind is constant over the water. However, the amount of power isn’t as much as the solar panels which it compensates with the longer period it functions.
The amount of time you spend in the ocean should not exceed the amount of food and water that you bring with you. During your trip you can use a variety of appliances connected to the inverter which will definitely make your trip a more comfortable one.
